Worked perfectly on my 2010 Tacoma. Great help – thanks.
This worked perfectly for a 2008 Tacoma – thanks!
This did not work for me on a 2001 Tundra? I wonder what I could be doing wrong.
I have a 2001 Tundra Limited TRD and I tried this but it did not work. The remote I have is different than the one pictured. It has 2 buttons but only 1 is functional to open and lock which also activates the alarm. It is a Toyota VP RS3000 system remote. Any other ideas for this system? I have searched for the UCU to reset it but I cannot locate it anywhere.

Tried this on a 2002 Tundra Limited and it did not work. Parts 1 thru 4 OK, door locks locked and unlocked.
Any ideas on what is wrong???

Works on the 2002 tundra srs!
did not work on my 2006 Toyota tundra…..all steps worked up indicating programing ready…but after holding the lock and unlock buttons for 1.5 seconds…nothing happens. I have repeated over and over…same “no results”. I am working on a replacement fob…not a factory Toyota…but it was sold as a proper replacement and it looks just like my Toyota original fob. I am stumped.
Bruno: It usually comes down to the quality of the key fob. Almost all the ones that don’t work have a problem with the fob and not the steps they took to bind the truck and fob.
This did not work for 2007 Tundra TRD. Does anyone have other ideas?
Bruno: Sorry, only know the fix for 2000-2006.
